Really good practice with helpful and friendly staff.

Great friendly atmosphere. Had some whitening was extremely pleased with the results!!!! had a crown replaced afterwards and was even made on the same day without any impressions! i would highly recommend this practice to anyone and i will most definitely be returning for regular care.

I would just like to say thanks to Khan Dental for the amazing dental work and transformation he has given me. Can’t thank him enough. I felt looked after and reassured right the way through procedures from start to finish. Can’t stop smiling, would highly recommend.

Dr Khan has given me my smile back. Smile Tru Braces have transformed my teeth making them nice amd straight somthing I was always paranoid about as my teeth where so crooked. Excellent service and care, couldn’t be happier.

Can be difficult to call them to set up an appointment, but can circumvent this issue using their MyGP app. Great doctors, no problem.

I’ve been with Oak Vale medical Centre for over 30 years. My Mother, for over 70 years, during its various incarnations & have NEVER had a problem or complaint. I sincerely cannot praise highly enough, the G.P’s, Nurses & reception staff for their help & friendly attitude. There are family members of mine, who live in various areas of Liverpool & obviously use other surgeries. They seem to frequently have niggles & problems, ie Waiting times, incorrect advice, unable to get appointments etc, etc. Of course, there are always people who will see a problem where there are none, but I consider myself lucky.

The care is good but the reception people when you ring up for an appointment, they make out like they are the only ones working on that day like it's Christmas, your in a job of care at least act like it!

A great little surgery with excellent doctors. Like all surgeries these days, getting an appointment in advance usually means a couple of weeks wait however there are often cancellations available and unusually, they do offer very early morning appointments (from 7am) and have two separate surgery sites so I find it works well. Have never had to wait in waiting room for more than ten mins when I have a scheduled appointment. All the three doctors (Mason, Gupta and Lightfoot) (and the nurse) have all been outstandingly helpful and reassuringly thorough. I would certainly recommend this practice.

Excellent service they go out of their way to give personal care to patients

Some staff not bad in my personal experience. Unfortunately, the good work the GOOD receptionists, Doctors etc are somewhat destroyed by the obnoxious, power-crazed, jumped up staff who make life as difficult as possible when it comes to getting appointments, VITAL repeat prescriptions, information and just generally interracting with the surgery. Due to "admin" I have missed out on over 8 weeks worth of vital medication over the past 6 months due to the utter shambles that goes on when certain staff are on the job. Wholly unacceptable. This is a real shame as some of the staff, receptionists, doctors etc are lovely and try hard to do a good job. It's a real shame.

Was not looking forward to coming here (because I'm a wimp) but thank you to the nice women on reception and to Kelly the nurse for being so friendly and kind. I didn't even have to wait to be seen which was amazing. The hospital itself is really nice too, big, open and airy. No one smoking outside either!

I arrived at Garston medical centre in a lot of pain a couple of weeks ago. (Turns out I had broken my wrist and displaced my radius. ) The staff from the minute I arrived was very helpful and attentive. The pain was so bad I was almost fainting and was vomiting. A nurse stayed with me from initial triage, getting me a wheelchair, as I was feeling so faint. She stayed with at the x ray then onto the nurse who was examining my x ray. The nurse who was examining the x rays, was so attentive, caring and showed genuine concern. This nurse managed to get me a prescription straight away, administrate the tablets, put a temporary cast on me.she also phoned a and e in the royal and told them to expect my arrival. She pushed me out to my husband's car and gave me a big hug. I am so grateful for the care the team of nurses provided.

What can I say about Window to the womb....absolutely perfect from the minute we walked through the door. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We brought our other 2 children and they were accommodating to the children. The whole place is spotlessly clean. During the scan we were made to feel so comfortable and relaxed. I can not say enough how amazing ALL the staff were. i highly highly recommend anyone wanting a private scan to visit here. I will be returning for a 28 week scan to see our baby BOY again. thank you so much window to the womb. xxxx

been To have a 4d and gender scan today. Such a lovely inviting, welcoming place. The staff are so friendly and professional. Can’t wait to pop my balloon at the gender revel tonight. Would recommend to everyone thinking to get a early scan at any stage

As the years progress I’ve found I don’t bounce as well as I used to and my most recent challenge for Leigh was to aid the recovery of a broken shoulder so I could be on the start line of a 10k swim. It wasn’t the first time he’s managed to get me to a start line of an event when all others had written off any chance and I’ve come to trust his judgement completely. It’s an 80 mile round trip for me to get to the Chiro and Physio Clinic and it’s worth every one of them.

As a triathlete training twice a day, it is inevitable that you will get niggles and occasional injury. I have been working with Leigh for over 4 years now. His expertise is unquestionable and has amazed me sometimes how he has got me back running so quickly. He is definitely my turn to Physio and recommend him to all of my athletes.

Dr Khan at Pure Dental is an artist and meticulous with his work to ensure the best possible outcomes during dental treatments for his patients. The treatments he’s provided for my Mum, brother and myself have been brilliant and I have recommended him to many friends and family. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to come to him for further Dental treatments whether big or small. Pure Dental have catered to all my dental needs from general dentistry to cosmetic and the team at the practice have made me feel very comfortable and valued.

Staff are always very friendly whilst being completely professional at all times. Prem gave me my smile and my confidence back and he really cares about his patients . What more could you want. I would highly recommend this practice.

She is a lovely person and amazing doctor. I have had the pleasure of being her patient since I was born, which is for many years now. She always takes the time to see me, even in her own personal free time.

Gateacre medical centre is a wonderful surgery with a strong team helpful kind and caring all staff are very approachable treating all patients Farley and equally to suit each patients needs. With different gender GPS who provide outstanding care to there patients very proud to be a patient at gateacre medical centre and there very attentive and caring GPS receptionists and nurses and managers me and my family are very grateful.

My experience is that it is usual to get a prompt appointment, the GP staff are excellent. Highly recommended.

Great Service keep up the good work

My Mum was in care here for only six days, but, because of the exceptional pain management, those last days of her life were spent pain free. ALL the staff there are kind, compassionate, caring and extremely professional and I cannot commend them enough. The hospice itself is bright and homely and outside are many colourful flowers, shrubs and bushes which brighten the place even before you go in. Thank you again to everyone for the care and support which my Mum Enid and our whole family received.

My husband only spent 3 weeks at the Hospice and without the kindness and compassion shown to both of us we would have found his final weeks so much harder. The care he received was excellent and the time taken by both the Nurses and Doctors to listen to my concerns was worth their weight in gold, and has helped me through the months after. I will forever be grateful to them.

Good staff. Secure. Residents cannot wander in and out

my lovely grandma was there for a long time after she had a fall and broke her hip. She made some lovely friends and was always happy there and loved the staff. The staff are brilliant very friendly and hard working. The manager and staff will go out her way to make shore you and your family are happy and help in any way they can. The home it’s self is very clean and modern, always entertainment,party’s , activities going on for the residents and for the family too. And the residents always looked very happy and well looked after. Always a variety for her breakfast, lunch and tea. lots of cups of tea and biscuits for them throughout the day. my family and grandma could not fault this care home at all thank you to the staff and especially the manager for all the there hard work, help,love,care, you all did while my grandma was there you was amazing.

Gatacre house are exceptional,the staff are phenonanal why they want to change the dynamics of this wondetful team i do not know,they are compassionate, trustworthy, wonderful team ,that you would not get anywhere else,my mother in law was in thetre for quite a few months,the empathy from this team is above and beyond what is expecteted of any team ,i highly highly revommenend this home to anyone, the patient and their families are treated with the most upmost respect and the atmosphere from that team there makes that place the best place ever for families and patients!please dont change anything there!its perfect the way it is,my many thanks to chetyl,liz and all the team for looking after my mum in law;lily, i wudnt of wanted her anywhere else but with the team on gatacre house,you are amazing,we are so glad lily was there for you to look after her, please dont change you are absolutly amazing team xxxxxxxx x

I can't thank the manager Lee and his staff enough. This nursing home offers the most caring environment for its residents and families. They are all so welcoming, caring and somehow just know how to dip in and out of your personal relationships at the right time. I would like to thank and commend you all.
